Dad Days

Dad's can make every activity fun. Damie, in particular, is great about involving the boys in projects around the house. Here they are raking leaves...

The kids playhouse has been falling apart since the week we brought it home. We should have returned it as soon as we got it. Since it was becoming a safety hazard, Damie and the boys demolished it and used the wood to make a fire, complete with hot dogs and s'mores.

The Nursery

Eva's nursery is complete! Thanks to my many friends who added to the decor. I think if Eva had been my first child, the nursery would have looked very different. But after two boys, I wanted something soft and feminine. The pictures didn't turn out great, but they'll give you a general idea of how the room looks.

My friend, Miranda made these pictures for Eva. It took her hours to make these little dresses. They are amazing!

Baby Shower

My dear friends threw me a baby shower...which is very humbling the third time around. It was such a special time, and a rare moment to hang out with all my favorite people without being distracted by our rowdy kids.

Here I am with Miranda, the gracious hostess, who did an amazing job planning the shower and made me so many cool gifts!

I love this picture of Giselle. Notice how Reese is so sweetly allowing Giselle to use her as a table. :)

As always, Jen looks amazing. Especially for recently giving birth and then having surgery. I was so honored that she came to celebrate with me.
